We are the Community Choir for Woburn Sands (Bedfordshire) and the surrounding area. The choir is open to everybody and we do not ‘audition’ for a place in the choir. We have been running for eight years and have a varied repertoire and put on a number of concerts each year. We often make donations from our concert proceedings to local charities. We meet in three ‘terms’ (similar to school terms and with a half-term break) on a Friday evening between 7 and 9 pm. We are easy to find, being located in the Ellen Pettit Memorial Hall on the High Street. See ‘Contact Us’ for a map.
At the end of summer term 2017 we held an open exhibition rehearsal to show how a choir works. Here is a video of highlights and amusing bits of the event.
Like all organisations the Choir has to protect its members personal information and comply with the GDPR regulations. We have put in place all the necessary steps to do this and you can find the details on the special page Privacy Notice click here.
